The following information is required from each family in order to check out books electronically. Your information will be added to the computer and you will be able to find your name the next time you check out books.

Fill out this form and include each person who will use the library. Each adult and child should choose a unique ID, for example, "Sam001" or the name of your pet. Remember what you have chosen.

Once submitted, you will be sent an email letting you know you are ready to check out books, however, you can still browse for books without having an ID.
